About Me As A TeacherI've been teaching 6th grade math and science for 17 years, in the Los Angeles Unified School District. I have taught at Dana Middle School in San Pedro, Perry Middle School in Gardena, as well as, Vista Middle School in Panorama City. I've always enjoyed teaching fundamental skills, as well as, guiding students through projects throughout the school year.

I went to high school at St. Francis Preparatory High School in La Canada, Flintridge. I attended San Diego State University, Glendale College, Los Angeles Valley College, Cal State University Long Beach, and received my bachelors degree from Cal State University Northridge. Lastly, I worked on my post graduate degree at National University.

Besides being in the classroom, I enjoy many indoor and outdoor activities. I love to go fishing, camping, and playing golf. As well, I like to read a good book, play music, and spend time laughing with my family.
